Menu consists of:
Appetizer: Antipasto
Entree: Braised Short Ribs in Red Wine Sauce, Stuffed Baby Red Potatoes, and Utica Greens
Dessert: Hot Chocolate Fudge Cakes
Cost: $65 per person
- Classes are a BYOB with a complimentary glass of wine served with the entree
- Reserve early, class size is limited
- Private classes with personalized menus are available on request
