Jon & Jeanine have put their heart & soul into their Restaurant and have a wonderful team to compliment their efforts. And since my husband's favorite dessert is Ice Cream we have also been to Milky Way Farm numerous times & truly loved it. My husband can be counted on to check out the animals on the farm as he strolls around eating his cone. I only wish that we would have had the opportunity to partake in this meal as it sounded wonderful. We have been fortunate enough to have eaten at Amani’s many times and have always thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We tried his place once and didn't go back as it all seemed like chain food that was unhealthy. They have a band like Bigg Romeo pack the place and then the next night is a cheap wanna be copy that is too loud, not good and just don't pack and umph. I haven't missed a Bigg Romeo show all winter there and I've also seen Echo and Jeff Washington there and now all the good entertainment is gone for who knows what reason..... Last week I tried a special pasta dish with Calamari and Feta in a red sauce that my husband could not stop stealing off my plate even after he had already finished his massive Rib-Eye. Its inexpensive for a BYOB and we bring our own cooler when we go with friends and hang out for hours on the patio and they are always super nice. As I said, we love Freskada. Our reservation was increased by 1 to 8 members as we arrived and arrangements were made with no fuss or bother. The food was very good and my made to order omelet delightful. The wait staff is exceptional. A Manager came to our table twice to check on our service and food. It can be a challenge accommodating a book club with a need to provide an area where discussion is encouraged. Thank you to all that made the visit wonderful. We will be back.
